Accreditation Process with MGCS Online School

Steps for Accreditation:

1. Initial Evaluation: Institutions deemed suitable by the Accreditation Board are shortlisted for inspection.

2. Inspection by Team: A designated Inspection Team, appointed by MGCS, conducts a thorough inspection of the institution. The team submits a detailed report with recommendations.

3. Committee Review: The Inspection Report is reviewed by a committee within MGCS. If the recommendations are favorable, the committee grants provisional accreditation to the institution.

4. Special Code Assignment: Accredited institutions are assigned a unique code number for official correspondence with MGCS.

5. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Accredited institutions must sign an MOU with MGCS, outlining obligations and operational guidelines. These conditions ensure alignment with MGCS¡¯s mission and quality standards.

6. Bank Account Setup: Accredited institutions must establish a jointly operated Bank Account to handle all financial transactions on behalf of MGCS.

Conditions for Withdrawal of Accreditation

MGCS reserves the right to withdraw accreditation if the institution: Fails to provide adequate academic and administrative support to learners. Does not comply with MGCS's fixed schedules and norms. The accreditation process ensures that institutions maintain high standards while offering educational services, fostering accountability and excellence in alignment with MGCS mission.
